The Consulab HV-125W Air Brake Trainer with Meritor/Wabco “E” version ABS/ATC is a complete air brake training system containing all common braking components found on today’s vehicles. Trainer uses the Meritor/Wabco “E”
version ABS/ATC operating system. The trainer can be used in the classroom environment for demonstrations to students.

ABS braking and ATC traction control events are easily demonstrated while students observe component operation. Wheel speed acceleration and deceleration can be performed while observing wheel speeds at six digital readouts located at the wheel ends. The system design follows recommendations published by Meritor/Wabco.

All valves and components are new and are fully functional with the exception of the air compressor. Air pressure gauges are strategically positioned throughout the system to show valve operation, and air lines are color coded to SAE recommended standards.
