The Consulab EM-122-1 ABS Trainer is a fully functional 4-wheel ABS system. Real vehicle components are used.The unit has front disc and rear drum brakes includinga functional parking brake system. The instructor can select which wheel combinations are desired to lockup prior toapplication.

The hydraulic system contains all vehicle ABS components including: brake pedal, master cylinder, ABS control unit, calipers, wheel cylinders, rotors, drums, pads/shoes andhydraulic hoses and steel lines. All normal vehicle brakeservice and repair can be demonstrated and performed including: component replacement, hydraulic bleeding and diagnostic troubleshooting and repair.

The DLC (Data Link Connecter) accepts scan tools and the ABS Control Unit Breakout Box allows the hookup of DVOM's and oscilloscopes for diagnosis and demonstrations.The trainer is powered by an automotive 12 volt battery with included battery charger (AC powered). .
