The Consulab EC-1105 cutaway demonstrates the internal operation of a GM 4T60E automatic transmission and permits the student to visualize and safely operate the system. For training purposes the Consulab EC-1105 uses manually controlled air pressure to apply and release the clutches and bands. This allows the cutaway transaxle to be easily shifted through all speeds.
