The EM-100, Breakout Box, can be installed on most automotive trainers made by Consulab. It can be connected to inputs and outputs of either the ECM (Engine Control Module), PCM (Powertrain Control Module) or BCM (Body Control Module). This useful equipment allows the students to take electrical measurements coming from sensors and actuators without disconnecting or damaging the OEM wire color-coding throughout. All the breakout box terminals are identified and matched with manufacturer’s car and model.
